Chile Verde

To make chile verde first mix the ingredients and then place in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Place plastic directly on the top of the sauce to keep oxygen from touching the salsa. let stand for approximately 2 hours to assume flavors and then refrigerate shelf life 7 to 10 days

instructions
  • 1 large can crushed tomatillo
  • 1 table spoon fine diced garlic
  • 1 medium onion fine diced
  • bunch finely chopped cilantro leaves
  • juice from 1 lime
  • salt
